Pulse has been operating in the St George area for over 16 years! Our Junior branch opening in 2021 and is aimed at developing a child holistically, whilst growing in them a love of dance and appreciation for the arts. Pulse Junior Studio offers a wide range of dance styles for all experience levels for children ages 2 and up! Our highly trained staff with industry knowledge and experience, create a unique, nurturing and friendly environment for each child to thrive in. We aim to foster a love of dance in each of our students and create an environment which feels like home and a community becomes a family.

Our TEACHERS
Miss Bella
Isabella has been teaching dance to students of all ages for over 10 years. Her passion for children, fostering their learning and growth and instilling in them a love of dance, inspired her to carry on the legacy of her teachers and mentors by opening ‘Pulse Junior Studio’.
Dancing from the age of 4, Isabella became proficient in all styles, however, gained a particular love and passion for Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary and Drama. Training under the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), and Australian Institute of Classical Dance (AICD), Isabella gained her Associate Diploma teaching qualification in Ballet.
In addition, Isabella holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Primary Education and works in both the Early Childcare industry and Primary school setting. Isabella also has experience creating and teaching dance programs within primary schools as part of their creative arts programs. This has been monumental in developing specialised and engaging programs for Toddlers, Preschoolers and Primary School children at Pulse with the child and their development at the core.
Her love of dance combined with her love of children creates a unique, caring and supportive environment and studio culture for children to thrive.

MR Tom
Tom Ragen is an actor born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Tom is a classically trained singing and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Musical Theatre from LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore, a Certificate IV in Dance Performance from Village Performing Arts Centre and a Bachelor of Media and Communications from Swinburne Technological University.
Tom has worked extensively around Australia and internationally with companies such a Millennium Entertainment, Resorts World Sentosa, Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Universal Studios Singapore, Birdie Productions, Entertainment 23 and 2DayFM.

Miss Chloe
Chloe has been teaching dance to students of all ages for over 9 years.
Chloe loves educating and instilling a love of sport, dance and movement of body to children of all ages. After completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, Chloe has become an accomplished exercise scientist and understands the importance of not only improving and maintaining technique but also flexibility and strength, which is a major part of her classes.
As well as dancing Chloe is an accomplished Aerobic Gymnast who competed nationally for several years.
Chloe was a student of the Pulse family during her teenage years and has maintained that connection now by working with Isabella Tomic at Pulse Junior Studio.
Chloe continues to fulfil her love of dance by not only attending an adult dance studio but also continuing to teach young children. She looks forward to being the inspiration for your children and a nurturing figure within the studio. Let’s get dancing!

Miss Emma
Emma Bennet has loved dancing for as long as she can remember, starting lessons at the age of 5 and hasn’t stopped since! She completed her ballet exams through the Borovansky syllabus gaining her associate diploma of teaching, and has experience in many styles including lyrical, contemporary, jazz and tap.
During her years at high school, Emma danced competitively both individually and in troupes, and performed in musicals and drama productions including Legally Blonde, The Wizard of Oz and Strictly Ballroom. She continues to attend classes, and her commitment to learning ensures continuing innovative choreography and dance skills. Her passion for dance continues to grow with every class she takes.
Outside of the studio, Emma furthers her passion for movement and helping others, working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Emma also completed her honours degree examining ballet dancing for older adults, and presented her research at the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science conference in Ireland during 2022.
Emma has been teaching and fostering a love of dance to children over the past 8 years.

Roselyn (AKA Rose) is a multifaceted dancer specialising in various styles including Contemporary, Commercial, various styles of Hip Hop, Lyrical, Jazz and JFH.
"I have a competitive spirit and believe that there is always something new to learn each time you step into a class"
Rose is well versed in competition level performances having competed all her life in Physical Culture with 4 National Champion titles to her name. She is also a member of the Kookies and Kreme Megacrew who are the 2023 National Champions of Hip Hop International (HHI) and travelled to Arizona USA to compete on the International stage against 43 other countries.
Rose has built herself up to be a versatile dancer having spent 2 years (2019-2020) with Ev & Bow Contemporary Full Time and was lucky enough to have worked and performed with several Australian choreographers including Sarah Boulter and Stephanie Lake.
Rose also is a dancer for an Australian artist collective called MVRKD MVMNT (pronounced "murked movement") who support Australian music artists with music videos, concept videos, song releases and live performances.

Sarah-Dane Sassin has been dancing since the age of 3, and was a student at Ed5 International for over 15 years. She has extensive experience competing and performing in countries like Spain and France.
Her young and fiery spirit combined with her passion for dance makes her a dedicated teacher, ready to form relationships and build on her love for performing with her students.
She is currently studying a Bachelor of Media and Communications, allowing her creative capabilities and passion for working with different people flourish. Her love for all things dance and performance is an attribute she is determined to spread to those around her and is excited to share as a teacher here at Pulse.

Richard Tanumi is an international Performing artist and has danced all around the globe with some of the World’s Greatest. In his dance career he has performed with names such as Chris Brown, Jason Derulo, Fergie, Christina Aguilera, Kesha, Kylie Minogue, Delta Goodrem, Demi Lovato, Bella throne, Corbin Bleu from High school musical and the list goes on. You might have seen him on 2022’s season of the Voice AUS wowing the judges and securing a spot on Team Jess and made it all the Way to her TOP 6!
He has also performed on all the reality network TV shows such as X factor USA, X factor UK, X factor AUS, America’s got talent, Britain’s got Talent, dancing with the stars, the Voice LA/AUS and performed on award shows such as the ALMA awards MTV Music awards, Billboard awards & Disney Channels “shake it up”. He has worked with many iconic choreographers that have shaped music history!
Richard Is the Creator of “oh La La” cabaret at “Bedouin” in double bay which sells out every Friday night!
Teaching for over 17 years Tanumi is guaranteed to make you sweat leaving having the time of your Life with His high vibes and chameleon choreography ranging in all dance styles leaving you wanting more! Richard Has taught at the top performing arts schools in Australia and around the globe. He also taught at the legendary Debbie Reynolds studio in Los Angeles and IDA Hollywood.

Passionate about dance and the performing arts, Emily is a seasoned dance professional with a rich background in the industry. Her journey as a dancer has taken her around the world, bringing a wealth of experience into the studio. Emily thrives at the intersection of her love for dance and children- spreading the joy of dance with students and creating an encouraging atmosphere.
Emily studied full-time dance at Ettingshausens before embarking on her first of three contract with Royal Caribbean International. She has also extended her expertise to the audition process, having been involved with Royal Caribbean’s auditions here in Australia for the last 3 years. Throughout the years Emily has had a diverse range of opportunities in the industry- from performing in Taiwan with Samba Brazil Entertainment to being a showgirl at The Star Casino and dancing at the NRL Grand Final.
Emily has experience teaching students of all ages having been heavily involved in a number of primary schools in the Sutherland Shire during her time as well as dance studios. She has assisted in the creation of larger scale productions such as Schools Spectacular and Wakakirri, as well as nurturing the smaller classes and their routines.
After a few years away from the industry, Emily got back to dancing for herself last year and sharing her love for dance with young students. She is thrilled to be joining the Pulse family and can not wait to get moving with you all.
